Purchases & Refunds

More likely you don't have an international credit card. We accept payments through PayPal or Amazon Pay and to use them you must either have an account with them or an international credit card.
Refunds are available within 24-hours of purchase for all service orders. After that time no refunds will be offered as we may have already began working on your order. No refunds are offered on purchased courses as the material is made available immediately upon purchase, except for privately tutored courses where refunds will be given minus the cost of the self-paced option.
Use the coupon code provided by typing the code in the text field shown in the shopping cart, at the bottom of your list of products.

Making Courses

You make changes to your account in the account dashboard upon your login. If you forgot your password, there's a link on the login form for you to click and reset your password.
All questions are answered within a 24-hour period of sending them.
Contact your tutor directly and make arrangements with him/her for a mutual availability to schedule a session. This may incur additional charges at the discretion of your tutor.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to webmaster@ilumina.help.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associated e-mail addresses.
